You have up to 15 days from reception of your order to exchange your item.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or return these items.
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible.

After your request has been processed, you will receive a gift voucher via e-mail. The voucher will correspond to the total amount of your initial purchase. You have 1 year to spend the full amount of the voucher.
You are liable to make changes to another product in our store with your product and proof of purchase.

To save your exchange product, you must make a new order following the same procedure as when placing a normal order, selecting ”Cash upon Delivery” as the payment method while in the ”Comment” section write the word ”Change”. Please note that the final payable amount will not show automatically, as it changes when the order & return is processed by the accounting department.
In case of full refund, you will receive the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days from the day we will receive the items back.
If you have received a defective item as not expected by its nature as a second hand product or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our store. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
